That's the purpose of Eastmark's "Orange Monster." Designed by kids for kids, this unique climbing park is the ultimate urban playground. The Orange Monster is constructed of two tandem pipe sculptures connected with exercise and play netting that twists and turns up to nine feet and down to the ground for almost half an acre. For those not ready to tame the Monster, there is a playground with swing, slides and fitness challenges.
OUR EASTMARK GREAT PARK EXPANSION
The newest phase of The Eastmark Great Park has plenty of opportunities for leisure, fun, and adventure. You'll find action-packed recreation areas like open turf fields, pathways, and new kids' playing area. If you are looking to wind down you'll find a fishing lake or enjoy a birthday party at one of the Ramadas or a nice picnic on the landform hill.
18-HOLE DISC GOLF
Eastmark's 18-hole disc golf course, the discO, is now open and ready to play. This all-levels course boasts beautiful terrain, lighted walking paths, and 10 exercise stations. Players tee off from concrete/decomposed granite pads, and target holes winding through tree-lined fairways. The discO is located off Everton Terrace, just south of Elliot Road. Parking is located on the east and west sides of Everton Terrance, with holes 1 through 9 on the west side and holes 10 through 18 on the east side. The course is open to the public and free to play from sunrise to 10 p.m. A limited number of disc sets will be available for check-out from The 'Mark'. For more information, call 480-625-4900.
AN EPIC SKATE PARK
The 3.4-acre skate park will have plenty of space to perfect your moves on the skate steps, kick-flips on the ramps, rails, and pump track. Bring your audience! They will be comfortably watching from the shaded seating and open field turf. All conveniently built in the skate basin.
